MISSION DRIVEN DATA’S SURVEYMONKEY MODULE POWERS GREATER BEHAVIORAL HEALTH INSIGHTS.

Portland, Oregon: Mission Driven Data’s latest module increases opportunities for behavioral health leaders to gain perspectives of their patients’ experience of care, to gather feedback from community partners, and to think beyond the data in their Electronic Health Record system. The SurveyMonkey module is one of many new integrations that Mission Driven Data can now offer to data-curious leaders.

SurveyMonkey is a global leader in survey software, with 20 million questions answered daily. Behavioral health agencies across the US rely on SurveyMonkey to gather information about their clients. Questionnaires related to the patient experience, treatment plans, or compliance are the norm for these programs, and a large number of these surveys are conducted with SurveyMonkey. Employee sentiment surveys are also often completed using SurveyMonkey, and those needed insights can easily be shared with this integration.

With this module from Mission Driven Data, agencies can now download any data from SurveyMonkey into a Microsoft SQL database, and relay that information directly to PowerBI. Clinics have the ability to manipulate the complete results from SurveyMonkey, or choose to overlay those inquiries directly with patient data from the Credible electronic health record, as well as any other EHR.

Overlays that are possible between SurveyMonkey and the Credible EHR can be used in conjunction with other modules that Mission Driven Data provides. Using these applications together provides much more rich information than what was possible separately. Leadership teams can consider productivity and compliance, as well as clinical teams seeing the results of their surveys in real time, during patient treatment.


Some agencies look to SurveyMonkey to sustain the requirements of their Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic grant (CCBHC). This new module can make compliance more straightforward, in a landscape of increasing complexity.
